Taking a Hiatus to Focus on My Clients!

The Everyday Healthy Human

Hi. My name is Jen Rulon, and you may know me as Coach Jen, who has done 15 Ironman Triathlons, including the Ironman World Championship. After retiring from the sport, I came to Costa Rica to figure out, “Who is Jen Rulon?”

I am an Everyday Healthy Human, just like you, trying to figure out how to age like fine wine, transform into a better version of myself, and find my purpose in this world. What I aim for is to provide education and entertainment as you transform from a caterpillar into your own beautiful butterfly 🦋
